Berry Ice-cream Yoghurt with Flaked Almonds
The almonds give a nice crunchy texture to a lovely quick dessert. Eat soon after making as once the berries melt you
will end up with a smoothie.
Ingredients: Serves two
- 100 g frozen mixed berries, defrosted to blend in a processor
- 4 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon clear honey
- 1 teaspoon flaked almonds
Mix the berries, Greek yoghurt and honey in a food processor for about 20 seconds until it has the consistency of ice-cream. Serve in glass tumblers with a topping of flaked almonds.
