Mango and Berry Compote
I really like this flavour as the mango complements the slight sharpness of the berries beautifully.
Ingredients: Serves 2
- 3–4 thin slices mango, if using canned rinse before using
- 2 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
- 3 tablespoon fromage fraîs
- 60g mixed berries, fresh or defrosted frozen berries
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
Place the slices of mango around the insides of two small glass tumblers or wine glasses. Mix the yoghurt and fromage fraîs together and spoon over the mango.
Place the well-drained berries on top just before serving and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
