Tuna, Cheese & Parsley Tortilla Wrap

A real nice and spicy lunch, just the thing if you need a little waking up for the afternoon.

Ingredients: Makes 1 lunch

  • 30g tuna, drained
  • 1 medium shallot, finally chopped
  • ½ tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • Dash of Tabasco Pepper Sauce (optional)
  • 1 tomatoes, sliced
  • 20g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Handful of lettuce, shredded
