A lovely tasty fun wrap, one wholemeal tortilla wrap is enough for this delicious lunch.

Ingredients: Makes 1 lunch

  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • ½ courgette, grated
  • 1 tablespoon houmous
  • ½ carrot, grated
  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
  • Handful of lettuce, shredded
