Peanut Tofu Wholemeal Wrap

A terrifically delicious slightly different version of a wrap, it is a great one to make the night before as well.

Ingredients: Makes 1 lunch

  • 1 tablespoon peanut sauce
  • 30g marinated tofu, thinly sliced
  • ½ small red bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 mange tout, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of crème fraich
