Mozzarella & Basil Pizza
A slightly lovely weight loss friendly traditional pizza, you can either use the homemade spinach base recipe or you can use a small shop bought one, either way a really delicious weight loss helpful meal.
Ingredients: Serves one
- 100g pizza base
- 30g mozzarella cheese, grated
- 30 grated hard cheese, any type you like
- 100g rocket
- Pinch of ground sea salt
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 6 leaves of fresh basil
- 250g passata
Pre-heat the oven to pizza base instructions.
On the pizza base spread the passata, leaving a slight uncovered border around the edge, then top with the rocket and sprinkle the mozzarella and basil leaves on top then top with the grated cheese over the top and bake for 5-10 minutes.
Serve straight away with a nice large dressed Italian salad.
