Cheese & Tomato Grilled Panini

Fill the Panini and either place it in a very lightly oiled hot frying pan or griddle pan pushed down firmly for a few moments either side, a flat saucepan lid is good for this, or place the filled Panini under a hot grill for a few moments either side.

Ingredients: Makes 1 lunch

  • 30g Cheddar cheese, sliced (Or any hard cheese)
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • Pinch of ground sea salt

Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
