Cooked prawns can come in all sizes so do not have too many, about a generous tablespoons should be enough for this lunch. If you need to defrost them quickly then spread the prawn on a tray of water.

Ingredients: Makes 1 lunch

  • 1 medium jacket potato
  • 10 -15 defrosted or frozen cooked prawns
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraiche
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika, on top
