This great traditional lunch is just right in a either a soft roll or in some soft wholemeal bread.

Ingredients: Makes 1 lunch

  • 2 slices honey roast ham
  • Handful of lettuce, shredded
  • 10 cucumber slices
  • ½ tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of ground sea salt
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
