A delicious, simple and quick combination of fruit and nuts with the smoothness of fromage fraîs.
Ingredients: Serves 2
- 2 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
- 3 tablespoon fromage fraîs
- 2–3 fresh or canned apricots chopped fairly small, rinse if using canned
- 4 walnuts, chopped
Mix the yoghurt and fromage fraîs together then stir in the apricots cherries.
Spoon into two serving bowls, small glass tumblers or wine glasses and serve with the remaining walnuts as a topping.
